She partners with organizations who want the benefits of AI without losing their culture, their humanity, or their sense of purpose. She believes the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not the technology, but the confidence to use it well. Kerri designs the training experiences and learning frameworks that help professionals move from uncertain to capable, without losing the human judgment that makes their work valuable.

Lisa sits at an uncommon intersection: marketing, instructional design, and applied AI. Her career has been spent understanding how people make decisions, how organizations change behavior at scale, and how technology either supports or gets in the way of both. That background shapes how BossBetterAI approaches the gap between AI awareness and AI adoption. Training without implementation leaves people informed but not changed. Lisa's work connects both sides, designing the learning experiences and operational frameworks that help professionals move from knowing what AI can do to having it run reliably in their business. Her current focus is the evolution from AI literacy into agentic workflows and intelligent systems built around how a business actually operates.

Her time at UT Southwestern Medical School and across complex organizational transformations taught her that lasting change depends on how leaders think and communicate before any system goes live. Known for bringing calm to chaos, Gigi blends neuroscience-informed insight with a logical, customized coaching approach, using AI as a strategic partner to help leaders grow with confidence, focus, and intention. Gigi brings specialized expertise in aging life care and healthcare-adjacent industries alongside a track record of helping practitioners build more sustainable, financially grounded practices without losing sight of the people they serve.
Our Story
BossBetterAI was founded by three practitioners who kept seeing the same problem across very different industries.
Talented, credentialed professionals including coaches, consultants, care managers, and service providers were spending the best hours of their day on work that had nothing to do with their expertise. Responding to leads. Onboarding clients. Creating content. Writing the same email for the hundredth time. Tracking things in spreadsheets that should have been automated years ago.
The tools existed to fix it. What was missing was someone who understood the technology well enough to build it and the professional context well enough to know what was actually worth building. Someone who would do the work, not hand over a tutorial.
