Frequently asked questions.

Who is BossBetterAI for?

Coaches, consultants, and service-based solopreneurs who want to run a better business, not chase AI trends. Especially women business owners who want a trusted guide, not a tool dump.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?

No. If you can run a business, you can do this. The process is designed to meet you where you are, not where a software manual assumes you are.

What if I've already tried AI tools and they didn't stick?

That's the most common starting point. Most people try a tool, get overwhelmed, and stop. The reason it didn't stick usually isn't the tool, it's that there was no clear problem it was solving. That's exactly what the Diagnostic is designed to fix.

How is this different from just taking an AI course?

A course teaches you about AI in general. BossBetterAI is built around your specific business. The analysis, the plan, and the systems are all tailored to how your business actually works, not a generic use case.

What is the AI Opportunity Diagnostic?

It's a structured process that takes everything you know about your business and turns it into a clear picture of where AI can actually help. We centralize your business context into a dedicated AI workspace, then run structured analysis to surface your highest-value opportunities. You leave with a Business Context Profile, Friction Map, Delegation Matrix, AI Opportunity Map, and a 90-Day Roadmap.

Do I need to know anything about AI before I start?

No. The Diagnostic is designed for business owners who know their business well but aren't sure where AI fits. You bring the business knowledge. The process does the analysis.

How much of my time does the Diagnostic take?

Typically two to three hours of focused input spread across a few short sessions. You're not sitting through a course; you're answering targeted questions about how your business actually works.

What happens in the AI Strategy Session?

It's a live 60- to 90-minute consulting call where we review your Diagnostic findings together, validate what's worth prioritizing, and build a concrete implementation plan. You leave knowing what to do first, what to skip, and what will move the needle most in your business.

Will you try to sell me a bunch of expensive tools?

No. Recommendations are based on what fits your workflow, your budget, and your comfort level, not what's newest or most complex. Sometimes the right answer is a $20/month tool you're not using well yet.

What is the AI Systems Sprint?

It's the build phase. We take the priorities from your Diagnostic and Strategy Session and implement them into actual AI-powered workflows running in your business, not slides about workflows that could exist someday. Common builds include content repurposing systems, client onboarding workflows, lead qualification, meeting prep, and follow-up automations.

What tools do you use to build?

Whatever fits the job which could be Gumloop, Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or others. The goal is the right tool for your workflow and your comfort level. You won't be handed something you can't maintain.

Will I understand how the systems work after they're built?

Yes. Documentation, training, and handoff materials are part of every Sprint. You'll know what was built, why, and how to use and adjust it. The goal is that you own it, not that you depend on us to keep it running.

Do I have to do all three phases?

No. Each phase is available separately. That said, they build on each other — the Diagnostic gives you clarity, the Strategy Session turns that into a plan, and the Sprint executes it. Most clients get the most value when they move through all three.

Where should I start?

Start with the AI Opportunity Diagnostic. It's the foundation for everything else and gives you real value on its own, even if you stop there.
